About Our Space
Desert Willow Ranch & Rescue sits on 30 acres of land in Oregon, WI. With dedicated pastures for horses and fenced in areas for dogs, we have tried to create a safe haven for animals to roam and relearn how to be the best versions of themselves.
We currently have indoor/outdoor enclosures that are insulated and heated so the dogs have a warm, cozy space in the winter and a cooler space in the summer. They are free to go in and out as they please.
Our Goals
Fencing
Build dog safe enclosures where our rescues can have indoor/outdoor areas to play safely. Create horse pastures with fencing so the horses can run freely and safely.
Dog Housing
Build facilities large enough to house 20 dogs so we can start taking in more rescues and provide them with a cozy yet temporary home while waiting for their perfect family
Cat Housing
Large, habitat-controlled enclosure with room for up to 20 cats so we can start taking in rescues and provide them with a cozy yet temporary home while waiting for their forever home.
Horse Facilities
New barn stalls to provide room for up to 10 rescue horses.
You Can Help!
We are always raising money to improve our facility. Right now there are hundreds of dogs and cats throughout Wisconsin and around the country that are either on the streets or running out of time waiting for homes in kill shelters. We have the space - we just need the facilities!
